    Supported input and limits

    One still JPEG/PNG/WebP image, up to 20 MiB; 16 megapixels and 8,192 pixels per side. Browser encoding support required. A 60-second worker deadline applies. Re-encoding can change color profiles and pixel appearance. Maximum 8 MiB recommended per image. Executed entirely within your browser via WebAssembly without uploading.

    Is my image uploaded to any server?

    No. 100% of the character recognition runs locally on your device via client-side WebAssembly.

    Are my files uploaded?

    No. A local browser worker processes your files. Names and contents are not stored or uploaded.

    How long are download links kept?

    Generated Blob URLs remain on this page until you clear or leave it. Save outputs before navigating away; the site has no server-side copy.
